1.Glass fiber wrapped wires:
¡¡¡¡So called glass fibre wapped wires are the conductors (copper , aluminium, round or rectangular) wrapped evenly and completely with base-free glass fibre and imporegnated by varnishes which have bonded together as a whole. The resulant insulation posseses good resistance to abrasion, excellent adhasion, flexibility and proof, especially excellent resistance to heat shock and overload, such winding wires are suitable to make windings for electric machines and appliances operating at lower or higher voltage or the machines with medium or large capacities. At present, the products with their temperature indexes of 130,155and 180 are available.

2.Glass fiber film wrapped wires
¡¡¡¡The structures of such sort of wires ard that the conductors are wrapped firstly with an insulating film and then with glass fibre, followed by varnishing and curing according to desirable temperature indexes. The characteristics of these products are thiner insulation, higher voltage and ligher reliability. They are suitable for windings of electric machines with high operating voltage of 6 KV and other motors and polyester film has the temperature index of 130. Polyimide or composite polyimide/F46 films, 155 or 180 (the flexibility of latter insulation is superior to that of the former). The film thickness of 0.05mm isnormally used. If the films, with thickness from 0.025 to 0.030 mm and a single glass fibre are chosen the products with nominal insulation thickness of 0.20 mm can be acquired and their breakdown voltages are greater than 2500V. Their insulating property is superior to that of the glass fibre wrapped enamelled rectangular wires.
3.No-Wovenfabric glass fiber wrapped wires :
¡¡¡¡Glass fibre/Non-Wovenfabric wrapped wire are the copper conductors wrapped evenly and completely with bass-free glass fibre after wrapped Non-wovenfabric of polyeeter, It is with good resistance heat and compatibicities for epony resin. Such winding wires are suitable to make winding of dry type transformers and current inductor, the resistance temperature index 155.
4.Paper covered wires:
¡¡¡¡These products are the conductors wrapped with telephone paper or cable paper. They are used to make windings for oil-impregnated transformers.
5. Nomex paper coverl Wires:
Application: heat-resistant engine, transformer, electric winding loop
Using characteristic: heat-resistant, reach to over H grade insulation(180 centidegree), high intensity, chemical corruption resistant, long lifespan.

¢Application and Using characteristic
1. Polyester enamelled round copper wires, class 130
¡¡¡¡Polyester enamelled round copper wires class 130 are made by applying enamel produced through ester exchange and polycondensaation of terephthalic dimetyl ester with polyhydric alcohol. The coating has excellent thermalstability, mechanical strength, adhesive force. resistance to solvents and electric behaaviors. They are now widely used in making windings for all kinds of electic machines, applianaces, instruments and telecommunication equipments with class B insulation
2. Modified polyester enamelled round copper wires, class 155
¡¡¡¡Modified polyester enamelled round copper wires, class 155 are made by applying enamels based on modified polyesters and have excellent thermal shock, mechanical strength and electric behabiours. They are used as windings for electric machines, instruments and telecommunication equipments with Class F insulation
3. Self-fluxing polyurethane enamelled round copper wires
¡¡¡¡These products canbe directly soldered without scraping off the enamel and provides with different colours. They have low dielectric losses at high frequercy and are widely used as winding for electric machines apparatues, instruments and telecommunication equipments.
4. Polyesterimide enamelled round copper wires class 180
¡¡¡¡Besides their excellent electrical and mechanical performances such prodicts have resistance to refigerants. They are suitable for making widings used in class H electric machines. Apparatus and transformers working in refigerants.
